You might be wondering about what Stage Entertainment does with your personal data – that we need to process because we need to fulfill your employment or contractor agreement – and how we keep it safe. We use your personal data for example to inform you about your employment agreement or contract for services, execute our normal business processes, to ensure you get suitable opportunities for your development, and for human resources, personnel management and payroll administration, but only to the extent required.

Who has access?

Stage Entertainment minimizes the access of other employees to your personal data. Your non-public personal data may be accessed by relevant Stage Entertainment departments such as HR, IT and Legal, but only to the extent necessary to fulfill their respective tasks. Stage Entertainment might use third parties to process your personal data, but only to the extent that such processing is absolutely necessary, for example for payroll services. Stage Entertainment will in such cases take the required contractual, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is safe.

Stage Entertainment has taken adequate safeguards to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data. We have implemented appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, damage, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access as well as all other forms of unlawful processing (including, but not limited to, unnecessary collection) or further processing. Examples are our IT security policies, the training of our staff and securing our servers and processes.

All details relating to these processes, security and who has access to your personal data, can be found in detail in the Stage Entertainment Employee Privacy Policy, which is currently being finalized and will be published in the course of the summer.
